THE BALLOT
MILITARY SERVICE DRAW RELEASED THIS EVENING Owing to a last minute decision of the Military Authorities the second Military Service Ballot which is gazetted to be made public to-day, will not be released till this, evening Owing to this new arrangement, the BEACON" was unable to obtain access to the list thus making publication of the district names impossible. Steps Avill be taken hoAvever to print a notice giving the full list of names at the BEACON entrance as soon as possible.
