THE ANNUAL BALL
MOKORUA GOLF CLUB — % LARGE ATTENDANCE ON TUESDAY EVENING The Mokorua Go A' Club's Krazy Ball, which this year was not so Krazy, was held in the Winter Show Hall on Tuesday evening. Though there were few in fancy dress the ball attracted a large attendance, despite the effect of the war situation, and with everyone determined on an evening's enjoyment, the function proved a complete success. Music was provided bjr Mrs K. Armstrong's orchestra, and a delicious buffet supper was served by the ladies' committee. The supper extra was contributed by Mr T. Bell, of Edgecumbe. In a brief address the president of the club, Mr J. Stone, thanked the attendance for the patronage. Those present included:— Mrs Mulholland, green ensemble; Mrs Goddard, striped faille; Mrs j. G.
