RATANA CUP MATCH APANUI BEATS TAURANGA The Apanui and Tauranga Tribal teams met at Omaio on Saturday in a match for the Ratana Cup. After a fast and interesting game Apanui defeated Tauranga by 24 points to 9 points. The Coast forwards and backs combined well in all movements and ran the Tauranga team off their feet. Mr W. T. Burre'flt refereed the game. The visitors were accommodated and entertoined by the Coast Maoris, returning home on' Sunday..
