SWISS WATCHES UNPROCURABLE —__ 1 BUSINESSMAN'S LETTER An indication 01 the state of Central Europe to-dav, may be gleaned from the contents of a letter received by a local businessman on Monday in answer to a request for a certain type of wrist watch hitherto imported from Switzerland. The letter reads: "We are very sorry, but we have no watches iri stock of the make you require. We have others on order in Switzerland but it is impossible to state when they will be here, if ever, as our communication with that country is very uncertain and we do not know where we stand. Last week a number of letters we had posted to Switzerland were returned by tlf« post office marked 'Return to Sender—No service.""
