REMANDED IN CUSTODY
BREACH OF PROBATION CONDITIONS
YOUNG MAORI CHARGED Appearing before Mr G, A, Brabant, J.P., in the Police Court on Saturday, Hori Tamati Cairns, labourer, of Taneatua, was charged that being a person released on probation for.theft, under Section 10 (1) of the Offenders Probation Act 1920, he did fail to comply with the conditions of his release. On the application of Sergeant M. Farrell, Cairns was remanded in custody to appear before a magistrate on September 10th.
