COLLISION AT NUKUHOU

CAR AND TRUCK INVOLVED A car, to which a trailer was attached, and which was driven by M Charles Alexander Frazer, employ eel in Whakatane, and a truck drivei by Mr Mac Onekawa, carrying tlire passengers, collided at Nuktihou' oi Saturday afternoon. Mr Frazer was proceeding toward Opotiki and the truck was travel ling in the direction of Waihiana No injuries were sustained but ih front portion of the car was badl; damaged and the trailer, which wa thrown to the side of the road, wa considerably smashed. The true! came out of the accident lightly, ; few dents and a punctured tyre be ing the only damage.
