: » INTOXICATED IN CHARGE LICENSE CANCELLED FOR ONE YEAR : Appearing before Messrs Moody '' and Hayward, Justices of the Peace, at Taneatua on Monday morning, Joe Takarua was fined £10 and his ' license was cancelled for twelve months when he pleaded guilty to being intoxicated in charge of n ' motor vchicle. Constable- O. S. Rice outlined the circumstances of the ; case, stating that accused had been , arrested in Taneatua on Saturday ! night, when he' was sitting in a truck.
