ADVICE FOR BRITISH PEOPLE More and more generals and military writers arc advising the people how to defeat tanks and how to defend villages and factories. Among these is Majon-GeneraS P. C. S. Hobart, oine of Britain's foremost tank experts. The picture which emerges from the warnings and advice of these soldiers is that, when the Germans make a final assault on Britain, they will use every method of transporting troops and every ruse, feint and diversion. .
