VISITING PARTY
FARMERS FROM HAWKE'S BAY A party of farmers from- the Wairoa district, Hawke's Bay, visited Whakadane in the course of an extensive tour of the North Island. Arriving from Tauranga on Friday evening, they inspected the Paper Mills on Saturday morning and in the afternoon of the same day. visited Messrs F. J. Savage and Sons' "Tuhoe" Pedigree Jersey farm at Waimana. From there they went on to Opotiki, continuing the home ward journey this morning.
