BRIGADE CALLED
SLIGHT OUTBREAK THIS MORNING Shortly after seven o'clock this morning the Whakatane Fire Brigade was called to Goulstone Road to suppress a slight outbreak which occurred at the residence of Mr R. Turpin. It was found that the fire had started In a cupboard next to the chimney. Little damage was done.
