CORONATION MEDAL RESULTS WHAKATANE PLAYER WINS DOMINION CONTEST The home links Coronation medal competition, for players with handicaps up to 18, which was played by members of the Ladies' Golf Union throughout New Zealand during the week May 5 to 11, was won by Mrs J. N. Bullard, Whakatane, her score, 81, 10 —71, being four strokes under the scratch scorc* of the course. The next best scores were those of Miss H. Chambers, Hastings. 85, 14—71, three under and Miss M. Cock, Nelson, 85, 11 —71, two under, The Aotearoa Cup, which was play ed for in conjunction with the same event, but is open to players of any handicap, was won by Mrs Blake, Hastings, 90, 27 —63, eleven strokes under the scratch scorc. Miss M. Hotson, Te Km ti, .99,-32 —67, seven under, was second, and Miss Scott. Waimairi Beach, 103, 34 —69, was "bird.
