DRESSMAKING CLASSES
W.D.F.U. ENTERPRISE GROUPS FORMING IN THIS DISTRICT Countrywomen will Avelcome the innoA'ation of the Dressmaking classes throughout this district, under the sponsorship of the Women's Division of the New Zealand Farm-' ers* Union. It is hoped to have groups functioning in the A\arious settlements on the Rangitaiki Plains and if possible the neighbouring centres Avhere numerical numbers Avarrant their institution. Before an 'area' can be created, there must be not less tTian ten groups of tAvelvc pupils Offering. The instructional term will consist of 12 lessons of two hours each at Aveekly intervals, and the fee 10/-. It is necessary also to arrange for halls or other accommodation Avliicli would be suitable for instruction, and further to make provision for the transport of the instructress from place to place.
