ANNUAL DANCE
EDGECUMBE U.A.O.D. LARGE ATTENDANCE The fifth annual dance of the Edgeeumbe Branch of the United Ancient Order of Druids was held in the new Edgeeumbe Hall last week. There was a large attendance drawn from all parts of the district. Mr F. Villis was M.C. The Man dance was won by Mr P. Brady and Miss S. Grover. while a Monte Carlo was Avon by,; Mr A. Corbett and Miss E. Baskett. The second Mote Carlo went to Mr P. Brady and Miss S. Grover. Mr F. W. Butler was successful in a competition. A good supper was served by the committe, which comprised Mr and' Mrs. J, Mullins, Mr and Mrs J. Gatt.sche, Mr and Mrs F. Villis, Mr and Mrs .W Neal-and Mr and Mrs F. W. Snelling. : Dancing continued until 1.30 a.m.
