LARGE SHIPMENT

NEW ZEALAND SHEEP TO AFRICA WELLINGTON, May 9th., Cabled advices have just been received by Wright, Stephenson and Go. Ltd. from their representative who accompanied the consignment, that the shipment of sheep made on behalf of New Zealand breeders, arrived Durban in splendid order. Great interest has been shown iin the individual sheep and the quality" of the consignment has been widely commented on, stated the cable. Comprising over two hundred and fifty head of Corriedale, Romney Marsh, Border and English Leicester, Merino and Southdown rams and ewes, this shipment was one of the largest and most representative to leave this Dominion for an ovea*--seas market. The shipment was organised by Wright. Stephenson and Go. Ltd. in conjunction with" the individual breeders and many of the sheep are for competition at the main shows in the Union of" South Africa. -
