BREACHES OF TRAFFIC REGULATIONS NO WARRANTS OF FITNESS Constable O. S. He Avas fined £3 and costs Avere 10s. On a count of riding a bicycle Avithout a red rear reflector, Clarence Joseph Partridge Avas ordered to pay 12s costs. For riding -a bicycle without a light Peter Moeke Avas fined ss, A\ith 12s costs. Other fines recorded Avere Murray Cooper, insufficient lights on a moj-1 tor vehicle, £1 and 12s; George Chase, defecti\ T e lights, £1 and 12s; Frank Dunphy, defective lights, £1 and 12s; Arthur Davies, no rear vision mirror, 10s and 10s. ! i Failure to possess current warrants of fitness: Wiremu Reneti, 10s and 15s; Hugh Desmond Wilson (Mr B.
