It is proposed that the charges on this loan shall be met by an Increase in the levies on contributory local authorities and Government subsidy thereon. Any person having any objection to the proposed application is called upon to submit the same in writing to the Bay of Plenty Hospital Board not later than the day preceding the said meeting. Security for the pronosed loan will be a special rate of in the £1 on all unimproved rateable property in the County of Whakatane. N.B. The Council's policy in granting Rural Housing Loans to Ratepayers will be such Avhich will ensure that all interest and loan repayment charges Avill be paid by the ratepayers availing themselves of Housing Loan AdA^ances.
