NATIONAL PARTY
WHAKATANE BRANCH OFFICERS ELECTED AT ANNUAL MEETING The Whakatane Branch of the National Party held its annual meeting in the County Chambers on Saturday evening. There was a large attendance of members and an address was delivered by Mr A. W. Grant of Hamilton. Following arc the officers elected: President, Mr W. K. Boon; vicen resident, Mr W. A. McCracken; secretary, Mr H. J. Ryde; treasurer, Mr L. Buddie; auditor, Mr A. Bridger; committee, Messrs W. Sullivan. C. A. Sucklilng, P. Sisam, H. G. Warren. C. S. Armstrong, D. Butler F. J. Reynolds, A. J. Mclsaac, J. Nicol, A. Sutherland, T. Brasses*, and Miss M. Whiteside.
