Revealed at the annual general meeting of the Whakatane Rugby sub-Union on "Wednesday night was' the fact that Mr E. Baxter had acted as honorary auditor for the Union for the last sixteen years. This must approach a record. Prior to being appointed auditor,, Mr Baxter acted as secretary for a number of venrs.
