HALL HIRE CHARGES
PATRIOTIC PURPOSES REDUCED RATES IN COUNTY The Secretary of the Awakeri Public Hall Committee wrote ing that at a recent meeting it was resolved that where the hall was required for patriotic or Red Gross purposes, a fee should be charged sufficient to cover maintenance, insurance, lighting and heating. The Council, without discussion, adopted the recommendation of the Finance Committee and decided to impose a charge of 15s in each of the above instances. ; r. |
