PAROA'S INNINGS WIN P. AND T. DEFAULT TO hillcrest The outfield of the Domain, Avhieh lind been cut during the week, was in excellent order, and although unfortunately only one game was played, those taking part fully appreciated the improved conditions. Paroa defeated Whakatane by an innings and 11 runs, while P. and T. who were unable to field a team defaulted to Hillcrest. THE SCORE BOARD Bowling Rand 4 wickets for 11 runs. Gillam 4 wickets for 11 runs. Paroa v. Whakatane Whakatane compiled 66 in the first innings of which Goutts (26) was principal scorer. Paroa commenced Avell the opening pair H. Grant and G.
