It was revealed at the Municipal Conference in Wellington, that New Zealand's milk is purer than that in America or England, stated the Town Clerk, Mv D, V. Saunders, at the Borough Council's meeting on Monday night. First grade milk in England had 100,000 bacteria per cubic centimetre, that in America 50,000 bacteria per c.e., and milk recently tested in Auckland showed only 3-l„000.
