PERSONAL
The Minister of Defence, the Hon. F. Jones, has announced that the troops of the second echelon aa ill go 011 a fortnight's leave from March 13. 14 and 15, returning on March 27, 28 and 29. The transport facilities Avill be the same as for the first echelon, and also a grant of £3 to each member Avill be made.
