SUGGESTION FOR OHOPE OVER 'tSO COLLECTED Mr F. Mahy reports having collected £51 10s to date for the proposed children's swimming pool at Ohope. The surprising feature of the canvass for funds is that visitor."? subscribing numbered 130, and that residents were only 35. A collection on the picnic ground last Monday netted ;£3' 10s. The whole question will be fully discussed at the public meeting to be held in the Captain's Cabin Hall this evening.
