CRICKET COMPETITION
SATURDAY'S GAMES P. and T. on Saturday, although practically at half strength, were successful in gaining an innings win against Whakatane, scoring 162 in the first innings to which Whakatane replied with 82 and 17. Hillcrest again defeated Paroa comfortably on the Domain wicket. Scores were Hillcrest 135. Paroa 59 and 85 for one wicket. Full details will appear next issue.
