Cr Brabant: "I'd like to know what steps are taken in this respect.'* The Mayor: "All the names are handed in and the offenders written to by Mr Saunders and warned. Gr Brabant: '"Is the matter followed up?" The Mayor: "Yes, the borough officers watch the position closely."
