A notorious gambler and outlaw terrorises the trail to Sacramento, finally committing a robbery and murder which drives "Hopalong" into action. With his pals "Windy'* and "Lucky". Hoppy blows into town, and proceeds to llash money until he gets the gambler into a card game. "Disbarred" Gail Patrick, Otto Kruger. Robert Preston, Sydney Toler, Virginia Dabney. They distort the law! This picture is aimed straight at the crooked lawyers of Amcrica . . the men who shielded the men behind lawless guns . . the men who dupe innocent men and women to make murder safe . . to laugh at the law!
