DRAMATIC EVENING
TWO DELIGHTFUL PLAYS
On Monday evening last the ladies of the Dramatic Circle met in the club rooms. The first play to be acted was "Evening Dress Indispensable" by Roland Pertwce. Those in the cast were: Alice Waybury, Miss A. Clark, Sheila Waybury, Miss B. Allen. George Connaught, Miss M. Whiteside, Geoffrey Chandler, Mrs 11. Armstrong, Nellie, Miss F. Sloane
The second plnv was ''The Snob Court Hotel.'' The east Avas: Arty Spinster, Mrs Littlejohn, Waitress, Mrs Fletcher Cole, Foreign Woman, Mrs Conolly. Quiet Woman, Mrs Spence, Widow, Mrs P. Sisam. Mrs Warner accompanied by Mrs Appleby delighted the. audience with two songs.Among the audience; were; Mesdames B. S. Barry, D. Pearse, E. Armstrong, F. Appleby, Warner, A. Hayter, Steele (Senr), W. Steele, C. Thomas, Hoopor, G. Otley, Morcon and Miss Dell. Supper and a chat brought the evening to a close.
