Ladies: The finalists in the B chain pionship are Miss M. jßae and Miss Old. Mrs Hansen defeated Mrs Delves in the final of the G championship. From all indications there will he a big entry l'or the annual Labour Day tournament. WHAKATANE CLUB Owing to the Mokorua Club holding their tournament to-morrow the draw for Saturday golf will be canI celled. ' On Wednesday and Saturday October 18th and 21st a test match will be played. Players may arrange their own partners or arrangements Vrill be made , at the clubhouse. The Ringer competition will close on Saturday, October 21.
