B section Whakatane B v Rangitaiki B at Poro poro 10 a.m., Hamua v Tuhoe at Ruatoki at 12.30' noon. The winners will play off at Ruatoki at 2 p.m. for the Biddle and Ponika Cup. As a final winding up of the season a presentation dance and social will be held at the Anzac Hall Ruatoki on Thursday evening, September 21st, and it is hoped that the function will provide a; successful grand-finale of the season. Winners of trophies so far are as follows: Ladies championship Poroporo who are also winners of the knock-out trophy "Tucker's Cup. T? Ahuwhenua are still holders of tlie Wilson Challenge Cup having successfully defended it against Poroporo in a fast - 'And exciting match last Sunday by 2 "goals to 1 and they will defend it again this Sunday against Ruatoki. In the men's section Whakatane won the Bridger Shield for the chant pionship ? the only trophy so far linalised.
