ORANGE BLOSSOM COCKTAILS
These are very refreshing appetizers when served at the beginning of dinner. Merely blend equal parts of pineapple, orange and tinned raspberry juice, sweetened lightly; place in a shaker with crushed ice and shake vigorously until well chilled. Pour into small glasses and float an orange blossom or a rose petal on the surface of each.
