It was considered that this result was extremely satisfactory as' the committee had thought it Would be doing well if it raised £100. On Mr Walker's motion, seconded by Mrs S. Armstrong, Sen., a hearty vote of thanks was passed to Mrs A'. Hayter. chairwoman, and th 1 secretary, Mr J. G. Mulholland.
