The Whirlwind gelding, Maziv who has recently been affected with a slightly swollen tendon, . .and has consequently been on the easy list, has resumed steady work at Taka. nini. In condition he is not unduly burly so it quite on the cards that he may be sufficiency forward to compete at the Ohinemuri meeting on, September 30 and Octobcr 2.
