Here are three puzzlers, just see if 3'ou can work them out and send in* the three correct answers. (1) A blind beggar had a brother who died. The man who died had no brother. What relation was the blind' beggar to the ma,n who died? (2) A man had a family of sous and daughters. Each daughter had as many brothers as she had sisters, but each son had twice as many sisters as brothers. How many and; how many girls were there in famify? (3) John, and William like pota~ toes. William and Henry like cabbage, Henry and John like mutton. Who will be the best pleased if there ar e potatoes and mutton for dinner? This will make you think.
