Her. oie) who is now in Sydney, is fast moulding into racing shape, and is expected to carry racing colours at the Australian .big meetings in September. The trouble with t\iis high grade and extremely brilliant colt last season was his erratic behaviour jrtt the starting barrier. Apparently he is not an advocate of the Hat, footed so registered his protests by objecting to gallop unless allowed a moving send off. A GREAT THOROUGHBRED LINE One of England's famous horses, Tetratema (son of tha.t country's champion grey The Tetrarch) who died recently, won during his tuif career l £21,728. In recent years his stud fee has been 400 guineas. This great line is represented in, New Zealand by Mr Donnellv's (Hawke*s Bay) grejr sire Tho.io, whose progeny may in due course make turf history in this Doinin'on.
