o — LOCAL FANCIERS DO WELL SUCCESSES AT GISBORNE Succcss attended local poultry fanciers who seht their birds over to the Poverty Bay, Poultry and Cage-bird show last week. Including cage birds there were 1060 entries in the show, • but local men sccured 12 five seconds and two thirds, besides cups and specials. The judge of the poultry section, Mr { Thornton of Clive, commented on the excellence of the entries. Local successes were: — Mr E.
