Among other matters Mr W. S. Henderson, Borough Foreman, reported that the construction of the reinforced concrete wall at The Heads was now well under way. An increase in the strchgth of the wall would add slightly to its cost. The contractor had commenced to suppl\ r filling for the area and' three dozen trees for the ar'ea were to hand and had been temporarily planted in boxes in suitable soil.
