CRIPPLED NATIVE FINED

DISQUALIFIED FROM DRIVING

A crippled Maori, who was charge 1 with being intoxicated in charge of a car, appeared before Messrs Moody and Hay ward, Justices of the Peace, at Taneatua on Wednesday. He was lined £10 and was disqualified from driving for two years.

Tile native was Kopa and Constable O. Rice stated that he had arrested him the previous day when he found him in charge of his car in Tuhoe Street. He was not in a lit
