TAXI-:Aim MEETING The Taneatua branch of the Wo. men's Institute held their monthly meeting on-Tuesday last.. Mrs Carter presided over a good attendance. The roll call "Weather Sayings" was well responded to, and brought forth some a,musing items. Nurse Mount joy gave a very interesting lecture and demonstration on Dental Clinic work and the care of children's teeth, the president according her a heart}' vote of thanks. Tlie competition Nut Loj»f, was won by Mrs Merrie. Afternoon tea was dispensed by Mesdamcs Lynch Moore .and Marsden and the afternoon closed with the singing of the National Anthem. MILK SHORTAGE The Whangarei milk in school committee has decided to Nation supplies to schools for the next six weeks at least.
