STATED TO BE OUT OF FOOTBALL EFFECT OF INJURY It is understood that C. Frarfcis, Rangitaiki & Bay of Plenty fullback and five-eighth who is now at Massey College suffered injuries in a recent game which may end his football career. Francis is stated to have broken a blood vessel in his stomach and to have been told by his doctor that he must miss football a,t least for this season, and possibly for good. It is stated that he will not play in the inter-island University game at Christchurch to-morrow for this reason. "401bs of fat lost in 7 weeks." Try Bonkora! Obtainable F. G.
