BUTTER PRICES
LOW LEVEL IN LONDON
The decline in butter on the London market lias continued this week, bringing prices to tlie lowest level of the year. The present value of choicest New Zealand salted is 105s per" cwt., compared with 114s a fortnight ago and l-9s at this time last year The market is active at the lowert level. A Press Association message states that Danish is selling at 122s per cwt, choicest salted New Zealand at 105s and Australian at 10'4s. Prices for unsaltcd are: New Zealand 110s and Australian 107s to 108s. Cheese is quiet with New Zealand white and coloured quoted at 50s per cwt and Australian.at 48s.
