o NO MATCHES AT MOKORUA SATURDAY'S RESULTS Owing to the official opening of the Whakatane Club on Saturday the men's and ladies' matches have been postponed to a later date. The men's medal match on Saturday afternoon was, won, by W. J. Sharkey with a net score of 76. Owing to the heavy rain during the afternoon only four cards were returned. The net scores being: W. J. Sharkey 76, G. Symmans 81, V. O. Kelly 86, and F. Cockerell 87. The following were the best cards returned in the tadies' medal match: Miss F. Old 70, Mrs A. R. GraelT 70, Miss J. Moody 78, Mrs King 79, Miss Old and Mrs Graeff reduced their handicap by one stroke.
