Edith Gieson was fin£d £2 and 12s costs for operating a motor; vehicle at Te Whaiti with a load in excess of the road classification; Percy Albert Hammond was convicted and ordered to pay 26s for driving a motor lorry without possessing a warrant of fitness; Harry Edwin Bell was fined 10s and costs £1 on a similar charge; James Kinnard pai l a iis fine and 12s costs for riding a bicycle without a light; F. H. Stewtart drove a motor car without a tail lamp and contributed 10s fine and lis costs; Goodson's Ltd, for operating a motor veh'cle the weight of which exceeded the road classification suffered a So fine with 10s costs. This was their third offence; C, K. Carpenter (Mr Otley) who collided with a planer was fined £1 and costs and for not having a current wnrrant of fitness was fined 10s and 12s Gordon C.
