European News. The War between Turkey and Servia.
London, August 12. News to the 9th of August states that the Turks occupied the fortress of Zatstrar, and tKat the Servians were retreating. The Ber> .vians were also retreating from Sienilza. The Wool Sales, August 11. The wool sales will conclude to-morrow. 387,000 bales were catalogued, 30,000 of which were held over. The reoovery in the price is Bto 15 per oent. in extreme. The fall was partly due to the speculative action of the Yorkshire trade.
