Franklyn election to-day : Harnlin (Greyite), 322 ; Lusk (Greyite), 306 ; Goodfellow, 230; May, 186; Woodward, 176. Waiuku, Howick, and Potumahue still to come in. Dr Lee, Greyite candidate for Waitemata, has been shown up by the Cross for alleged frauds while Treasurer to the City Council in 1858. Supreme Court.— Butler and Lusk v. We have had three days'rain ; the rivers, however, are very slightly flooded. 175 votes were polled at Opotiki in the Maori election. Everything was most orderly.
