Sxk, Considering the existing state of things in Tauranga as to closing roads, together with the fact, that perhaps the only closed road in the district that is really wanted, is one closed by the Chairman of the present Board for his own convenience, 1 think the action of this Board in pulling down my fences to open a useless road through a swamp is unprecedented ; and as this Board is constituted illei/al///, in order to throw some light on this matter, will you kindly publish the following question which I put to the parties most concerned.
