From and after the passing- of this Act, no sheep in course of transmission from any place without the Province of Auckland, shall be landed in any place within the Province without the written permission of the Inspector of Sheep for the District wherein such lastruentioned place shall be situate, or of some person duly appointed in -writing in that behalf by the Superintendent. 5. Every person who shall, without the permission hereinbefore required, land, aid, or assist in any way in lauding any such sheep in the said Province, shall for every such offence be liable to a penalty not exceeding One Hunched Pounds. 6. Every owner of any such ehoop who shall land, or permit, or suffer the same to bo landed before the same shall have been submitted to such examination, or before the charges payable under this Act shall have been paid, shall in cither of such cases be deemed to have committed an offence against this Act, and shall on conviction be liable to a penalty not exceeding Osk Husdked Pounds.
