Satuhday, Novembse 20, (Before Major Roberts, R. M.) Civil Bide. Whigley v. Potties, Sex.—His Worship gave judgment in this case for plaintiff for £2 6s, with costa. Nohbis v. Tows Boahd : An appeal against rates.—His Worship said that from the evidence adduced it. was plainly apparent that the lots105, 107, 108 —had been over-rated. He should order that the property be rated at £IOO instead of £l6O. The Court then adjourned.
