Edgcumbe ... ... 3 The Returning Officer stated’that he had received no retu> ns from Matata ** in cons 'queue® of no names of electors appearing on the roll for the district of Tauranga.” He then declared Cat Captain George Bertbam Morris had been duly elected to serve as a member for Tauranga m the Provincial Council of Auckland. A vote of thanks to Mr Hill concluded the business.
