Bruce Senior Cadets.

On Friday last the badges earned by oauets during tne last twelve months were presented to them on parade by Lieut. Turnbull :- Marksmen's Badges—Cadets Keen, T. ivi'Donald, Littlejohn, A. Paul, Jb'. Reid. Good attendance*-!. Clayton, J. U. Oowie, G. Farquharaon, S. Fahey, W. F. S. Jones, J. Mills (best record In group), Moir, Paul, A. Robinson, Simpson. Good Conduct—R. Chalmers, T. Clayton, G. Oockerill, J. U. Uowie, W. Elliot, G. Farquharson, W. Fraser, S. uahey, A. j. Allison, T. Allen, Hanley, Houston, Hand, Holllbon, Johnston, a. H. Jones, W,. F. ti. Jones, Kelmaii, Keen, Littlejohn, Mills, Moir, M'intosh, Paul, F. Reid, Robinson, Randle, Robertson, Simpson, Sinclair, J.. Wakefield, Spooner, D. Finch, and Wrigglesworth. Though every cadet may not be able to win the coveted marksman's badge, it is within the reach of all to win tne good conduct and ..attendance badges. In this connection it may be noted that out of a total strength ol 64 at the end of the year, only bli qualified for the good'conduot badge. i 4 Alter the presentation, a very beneficial two hours' training was gone through. The tollowing Company Order h has been issued by iueut. G. Simpson, commanding Ne 45 Company, Bruce Senior Cadets :

1. In iuture, applications for leave must be accompanied by a letter from the cadet's employer stating that the application ib necessary on account of business. No other leave will be granted and no other' application considered unless on account of sickness, which should be reported if possible .before the paraue takes place, and be supported uy a medical .certificate.
