RATION COUPONS
SEPTEMBER NUMBERS
After August 31 those persons who have not negotiated their tea and sugar rations for the current month will not be able to make use of them. Next month coupons 13-16 for tea and 19-22 for sugar will become available. Amendments and additions to the list of coupon values and instructions to traders are notified elsewhere in this issue.
